System requirements

The Application Portal runs on both Windows and Unix-like operating systems.

To access the Application Portal Web applications for non-registered participants and Registered Participants. Does not require access to MarketNet. you require:

• The website address where the application is located on AEMO Australian Energy Market Operator’s network:
• Pre-production: https://ppd-portal.aemo.com.au
• Production: To be confirmed
• A compatible web browser. For help, see Supported web browsers.
• A member role with login details provided by your Participant ID Registered participant identifier; A company can have more than one Participant ID.'s participant administrator (PA Participant Administrator. Super-users who manage and perform system administration tasks for their own organisation’s participant users.) who controls access to AEMO's market systems. For more details see User rights access.
• PAs are set up during the registration process, if you don't know who your Participant ID's PA is, contact AEMO's support hub.
