Hide a Case

In the All Cases interface, a hide button is available to hide a case in the portal. This is available for cases in the "Draft', "Assessment", "Submitted", "Updated", or "Closed" status.

Note: Once you hide a case, you cannot unhide the case in the CST portal. To unhide a case, contact ConnectionsTool@aemo.com.au.

To hide a case:

1. On the left menu, click Connections Simulation Tool > All Cases.

2. For the listed case, in the Visibility column, click Hide.

3. On the confirmation screen, click Hide Case.

4. Refresh your web browser page to see the case is hidden.
